I am happy to offer these workshops as they are or visit with you about how they can be tailored to meet the needs of your group.

From Hibernation
to Emergence:
A Grief Series

A six-session workshop series on various experiences of grieving: isolation; anger, regret, and confusion; anxiety; holding gently; the slow work of grief; emergence. The "progress" of this series isn't meant to imply that grieving is neat and tidy. Rather, it puts words to the work we do while grieving and provides tools for shifting our grief around when it feels stuck, big, or oppressive.

Back to the Breath:
An Anxiety Series

A three-week workshop series on anxiety: grounding; riding the wave; unwinding the fear. We'll explore the many facets of how anxiety feels mentally, emotionally, and physically. You'll also be given tools for returning to your breath, remaining curious about your fears, and releasing the fizzles of anxiety.

Wild World:
Exploring Political Grief
and Anxiety

The political situation of the United States is quite horrifying. Much of what we are feeling and experiencing these days is grief and anxiety. From grief about what we thought we knew about our country and our neighbors, to fear about what's happening or could happen—all of this affects our heads, hearts, and bodies. We need to acknowledge it and move it around.
